About Fresh Nest
A small team that cleans a handful of streets really well.
Fresh Nest Cleaning started in 2017 with one car, one caddy and four houses in Larkspur. We’re a six-person team now, and we still keep the client list short enough that the owner knows every house on it by name.
We grew by staying small on purpose.
Cleaning companies usually scale by hiring fast and sending whoever is available. That’s how you end up with a great first visit and a mediocre fourth one. We went the other way: hire slowly, pay properly, and cap the number of homes so each cleaner can keep the same houses for years.
Every cleaner is background checked before their first shift, works on payroll rather than as a contractor, and trains on the checklist with someone experienced for two weeks before they take a home of their own. That’s also why we’re bonded and insured, and why we’ll email the certificate to anyone who asks for it.

The same two people
Your home is paired with two cleaners and stays with them. No rotating crews, no relearning your house every month.

A checklist, not a vibe
Every visit runs off the same written list, room by room. If something matters to you, it goes on the list and it gets done.

Quiet and out of the way
We work around people who are home, close doors behind us, keep the noise down and never move what we can clean around.

Say it, we fix it
If something gets missed, one text within 24 hours and we come back and redo that area. No forms, no argument, no charge.
Products
Eco-friendly products, whenever you want them.
We bring everything: vacuums, microfiber, mops and supplies. Ask for eco-friendly, low-fragrance products and that becomes the standing note on your file at no extra cost. Homes with babies, pets or anyone sensitive to fragrance get them by default unless you tell us otherwise.

- Color-coded microfiber so bathroom cloths never touch a kitchen

- Nothing harsh on sealed stone, hardwood or antique finishes
Where we clean
Six towns, tight routes, no rushing.
We keep the routes close together so nobody is waiting on a team stuck across the county. If your street isn’t on the list, ask anyway. We add streets when enough neighbors do.
